Yuka, thank you so much for being such a special part of our big day. It was such a joy to brainstorm with you during the planning process. You took our ideas and came up with the perfect cookies and cupcakes for our wildflower/garden party themed wedding. Our guests LOVED the flavors and could not stop talking about the detailed design. The cake you made us was almost too beautiful to eat but we are SO glad that we did because it was beyond delicious.  Your responsiveness and excitement to execute our vision is contagious. In addition, you helped to create an extra special penguin surprise for Jake that made for such a special moment. We cannot wait for our next celebration that requires sweet treats. THANKYOU!

Your cake was so beautiful and was certainly a gorgeous focal point of yesterday’s wedding. We even had most unusual experience of having EVERY SINGLE GUEST (with the exception of only one) eat a piece of cake (thankfully I cut small pieces! ). In nearly 11 years of catering I have never seen that happen.

Yuka has made several cakes for my family and each one has been completely different and unique. The cakes have ranged from elegant, to fun and whimsical, to complicated and intricate.  One thing they have all had in common is how underneath all the beauty they taste AMAZING! We have had the vanilla and chocolate flavors, and each are perfection. The cakes are such a work of art and the attention to detail is remarkable. Her cakes are sure to be the centerpiece and conversation point of any party.

I had such a great experience working with Yuka. I wanted to surprise my sister with a beautiful, fun cake for her birthday, and Yuka made that happen. Even though I do not live locally, Yuka made the entire process easy and seamless via email. She incorporated all of the aspects that I wanted her to, and made the cake even better than I had imagined. Needless to say, my sister was thrilled with the result! I did not get to actually taste the cake since I was not there for the party, but everyone who did said it was amazing. I am excited to work with Yuka again in the future and would recommend her services to anyone who is looking to make a celebration extra special!

Very soft and moist! The taste was a winner with everyone!

Thank you Yuka for creating an amazing ski themed birthday cake for Nicholas! It was definitely the highlight of the birthday party 😁

The topper was a real work of art and resembled his ski outfit down to the pattern on his ski jacket! ⛷

One of the best things about the cake was how delicious it was- you managed to get 19 very calorie conscious guys to ask for second helpings- that doesn’t happen very often at all!

The most delicious and exquisite cakes I've ever seen!

I asked Yuka to make a cat-inspired cake for my birthday and I could not be happier. Since our first e-mail contact, she was very professional, responsive, and flexible with all my requests. Working with her was a joy, and she's not only an amazing artist but also an extraordinary baker.

At first, I was a little hesitant about fondant cakes because they tend to be overly sweet, but Yuka's fondant is very thin and pretty soft. It complimented the ganache and the sponge very nicely. We ordered the vanilla sponge & filling - they tasted superb and were generously dotted by so many vanilla beans. Hands down the most delicious birthday cake I've ever had.

The design was a work of art, it was definitely the highlight of the party. We were all so impressed with the level of detail and care Yuka puts in her work. The cake looked perfect from all angles, even the support of the decorations were carefully painted. During our consultation, Yuka sent me a sketch of the design - which was already perfect - but I said she could feel free to be creative and make changes during the process, and she did not disappoint. The cake turned out even more beautiful than I could ever imagine.

Yuka is also very helpful providing detailed information regarding storage and transportation instructions, and other practical aspects of the cake (such as cutting guides, the best way to slice it, etc).

Working with Yuka was amazing, I could not have been happier.
Already looking forward to my next birthday!

Yuka made a fabulous cake for a birthday party for a work colleague. Perfect in every way. Might be more pictures taken of her cake than the whole event! Also, perfect instructions in English and Japanese on serving the cake. I think very helpful for the restaurant. Such a tasty cake too. Thank you so much
